About us

Richos Regen Farm ("we," "us," "our") sells pasture-raised, regeneratively farmed meat direct to customers via online orders, monthly subscription boxes, wholesale supply, and local farmers markets, servicing Port Macquarie and surrounding areas.

Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. By ordering, you confirm the details you provide (name, delivery address, contact information) are accurate.

Products

All meat products are sourced from our own pasture-raised, regeneratively farmed livestock. Product availability varies seasonally — cuts, weights, and monthly subscription box contents may change month to month based on what's available. We do our best to keep listed pack sizes and prices accurate, but reserve the right to correct errors or substitute a comparable item if something becomes unavailable.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in AUD and may be updated from time to time without prior notice; the price at the time of your order is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely through our website's payment provider at the time of ordering, or via direct deposit where arranged directly with us.

Monthly Subscription Box Terms

Subscription boxes are billed monthly, with delivery on the second Thursday of each month.
Orders must be finalised by the cutoff date (the Wednesday before delivery) to be included in that month's box.
There is no lock-in contract. You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us before the monthly cutoff — see our Return and Refund Policy for details.
Box contents vary by size/price tier and season; all tiers contain the same general mix of cuts, scaled by quantity.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale pricing and terms are available to registered wholesale/trade customers and are handled separately — please contact us directly to arrange wholesale supply, minimum order quantities, and delivery.

Farmers Markets

Products may also be purchased in person at farmers markets we attend. In-person purchases are final at the point of sale, subject to our standard quality guarantee (see Return and Refund Policy).

Returns and Refunds

If there's a problem with your order (missing items, quality issues), contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@richosregenfarm.com or 0419 978 340
We'll assess refunds, credits, or replacements on a case-by-case basis

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
